A session to interview one or both parties about the conflict resolution process, understand their rights, and explore possible scenarios.

Mediation Sessions

(2 hours)

$2,700.00 per 2-hour session
$1,500.00 per additional hour

 

Sessions where the mediated parties are invited to engage in peaceful and voluntary dialogue to reach a conflict resolution.

Drafting of the Mediation Agreement

Cost of 5% of the amount in dispute
Or $6,000.00
If there is no amount in dispute.

 

Drafting and refinement to give formality to the agreement.

Additional Legal Consultation

$1,500.00 MXN + VAT per hour.

Any legal advice applicable to restorative justice matters.

Generation of case files corresponding to your conflict resolution processes.
